Postage is currently free on all orders.

Please note we currently only deliver to the United Kingdom.

Delivery

All orders are sent by recorded delivery and should take between 2 - 5 days. 

Please be aware all deliveries require a signature.

Returns

If or any reason you dont love your new purchase then it can returned to us within 7 days ( unused) for a full refund ( less the original delivery cost) . We recommend you  use recorded or special delivery  as Firby Design cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit ,
