We are happy to accept payment for your order via Paypal - You do not need a Paypal account to use this facility.

Postage is charged at £4.50 on all orders .

All orders are sent by recorded delivery and should take between  2 -5 days.

Please be aware all deliveries will require a signature.

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom.

If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase then it can be returned within 7 days ( unused) for a full refund ( less the delivery cost) . We recomend you use recorded or special delivery as Firby Design cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

All goods are subject to availability. We will contact you as soon as possible if any items you ordered may be delayed or are out of stock.

We endeavour to show a true representation of the colours and fabrics of our products, however sometimes this is difficult especially for the handmade items which may vary slightly to those shown , and also from item to item. If you are unsure about exact colours or sizes then please feel free to contact us before you order..
